Workflow

1. Incoming Inspection

Each rug is carefully inspected upon arrival. We check the material, condition, stains, discoloration, and any potential damage to determine the appropriate cleaning method. Every rug receives an individual label to ensure accurate identification and handling.

2. Dusting

In the first stage, the rug is thoroughly cleaned with a specialized industrial dusting machine to remove dust, sand, and deeply embedded dirt. This step is essential to loosen the fibers and enhance the effectiveness of the subsequent washing process.

3. Rug Washing

Depending on the rug type and material, it is cleaned either in a modern washing system or gently by hand. We use pH-neutral, material-friendly detergents that are specifically formulated for rugs. Oriental and wool rugs are washed exclusively by hand to preserve their structure and color.

4. Rinsing

After the main wash, the rug is thoroughly rinsed multiple times to remove any detergent residue. Neutralizing the soap ensures the rug remains soft, color-stable, and odor-free.

5. Spinning

The rug is then placed in a high-performance centrifuge, which removes up to 95% of remaining moisture. This step prevents water stains, speeds up drying, and protects the fabric.

6. Drying

The rug is dried hanging in a clean, ventilated drying room. We do not use aggressive heat; instead, we rely on natural air-drying to maintain shape, color, and fiber structure.

7. Brushing & Vacuuming

Once dried, the rug is brushed and vacuumed with a specialized industrial care machine. This raises the pile, removes loose fibers and dust, and results in a fresh, even, and well-maintained appearance.

8. Final Inspection & Packaging

Finally, each rug undergoes a detailed inspection. It is checked for cleanliness, odor, shape, and overall quality of cleaning. The rug is then dust-free packaged and prepared for delivery—fresh, hygienic, and like new.
